ABOUT / STEVEN
Over the years I have worked on enterprise systems, mobile infrastructure, and AI tools. Rather than naming companies, I care more about turning complex requirements into products that can ship, be maintained, and be reviewed honestly afterward.
Today I focus on building products, refining tools, and delivering technical services. Helping you avoid detours, or turning your ideas into something that actually works.
An independently designed and built desktop AI Agent tool. The goal is to move AI out of the chat box and into real workflows: reading and writing local files, calling tools, executing tasks, connecting remote agents, and turning repeated processes into reusable automation. The project keeps training my product judgment, Agent architecture, tool-call boundaries, and desktop delivery craft.
Built mobile ad SDK and monetization infrastructure across integration design, performance tuning, stability work, strategy experiments, and production issue triage. At 100M DAU, even tiny shifts are amplified. This taught me how to balance business goals, user experience, engineering risk, and data feedback.
Worked inside a mature engineering system, with structured collaboration, code quality control, cross-team communication, and long-term maintenance. It shaped a practical habit: code should not only work today, it should have clear boundaries, smooth handoff, and controlled future change cost.
Early career work on enterprise ERP systems, covering requirement breakdown, business process modeling, delivery, and maintenance. This built my sensitivity to business rules, data structures, permission boundaries, and long-term maintainability.
Problems I run into, I solve them myself and turn the reusable parts into products and services.
AI implementation consulting and product prototyping. Helping people turn ideas into real, running products.
